Payment guidelines.
Payment in full must be recieved in full before any or sevices can be dispached or delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery.
Resonsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser onec we have delivered the item(s).
We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque, potal order or bankers draft, or money transfer, and the funds have cleared fully against our account. There will be NO exceptions to these rules
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully insured courier service of our choice with normal business hours. A signature at this address will be requied.
The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission, Unfortunately SAS cannot guarantee delivery times or date, althought every effort is made to delivery goods with 48 hours of purchase in main land UK within business hours if purchase is made before 1300 hours of that day. The delivery charge shown is and will be the standard charge made for that item and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery date from the time you have placed an order.
All delivery times and date are subject to stock availability and backlogue. Unfortunately SAS can in no circumstances therefore compensate for delayed orders.
Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.

Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.sasonlinestore.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming reciept of your order and containing the detail of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we ahve dispatched that product to you, this called a CDE or "Confirmation of dispatch e-mail". That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the CDE to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a CDE to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Cancellation procedure
You are free to canel ant order before payment has been taken free of charge.
Cancellation requests must be sent to sales@sasonlinestore.co.uk with the SAS order number and product reference in the subject field and with the word 'CANCEL'.
Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or miss-decribed by the seller. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser, and a collection charge will be confirmed when the collection is arranged.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition.

7 day money back guarantee
In accordance with the Distance selling regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days from the time of dispatch for a refund, less carriage costs. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep the item you can either return it to us yourself, or contact us at returns email and we will arrange colection. The average cost for a collection is £17.50, but with larger items can be more.
Please note that this money back guarantee does not apply to software that has been opened(see below) or hardware that includes software as part of the package, where the software componant has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
Returns and refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Cridit/Debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customers account.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the cutomer at the point of sale.
Faulty goods: Whtin 28 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of 28 days form the date of delivery, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufactures for repair, under the terms of manufacture's warranty agreement. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from the original condition, or if the fault is due to missuse by the purchaser.
Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, cannot be refunded one the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
